Labeille Conseil is primarily a research and consultancy team with expert knowledge of its target sectors and professions offering its services to clients and candidates.

Since Maryvonne Labeille founded the firm in 1993, Labeille Conseil has been working in two complementary areas:

• the optimisation of human resources in a context of corporate strategic support;
• recruitment consultancy in the service sector, particularly the hotel industry, catering, tourism, transport, volume retailing, specialised retailing, agri-foodstuffs and the environment.

Labeille Conseil took over the client portfolio of first Noray Consultants in 2000, then EBE-Michèle Espinet at the end of 2007, consolidating its position in the Hotel and Catering, and Agri-foodstuffs sectors.

The firm has also deployed the most efficient candidate-management tools and has a vast candidate database. Labeille Conseil was Afaq/Afnor-certified in 2006 and is strongly committed to action in favour of diversity and sustainable development.
