Executive and management recruitment

Our goal is to represent our clients’ interests, culture and image through the constant pursuit of quality, openness, diversity and responsiveness.

From identification of needs to finalisation, we offer a range of services to recruit and assess your staff.

Recruitment by direct approach and/or advertising (Internet/press), and database includes:

  • the identification of needs;
  • the recommendation of research methodology through proper sourcing;
  • the assessment of candidates (interviews + complementary tools - graphological analysis, references, etc.);
  • advice on final choice;
  • integration monitoring.

It is covered by a co-operation agreement subject to a professional code of ethics, with a guarantee clause. We also organise group interviews for the recruitment of juniors or sales assistants.

Assessment

For staff recruitment or development, we use other tools in addition to interviewing:

  • assessment center: development and use of work simulation with management and sales-negotiation role-play, enabling reliable forecasting of occupational success and the identification of training and management needs;
  • tests: personality (16 PF, sosie), intelligence and aptitude, 360°
    Our consultants are qualified in the use of these tools;
  • questionnaires to assess skills and professional knowledge.
