Recruitment by direct approach and/or advertising (Internet/press), and database includes:
- the identification of needs;
- the recommendation of research methodology through proper sourcing;
- the assessment of candidates (interviews + complementary tools - graphological analysis, references, etc.);
- advice on final choice;
- integration monitoring.
It is covered by a co-operation agreement subject to a professional code of ethics, with a guarantee clause. We also organise group interviews for the recruitment of juniors or sales assistants.
Assessment
For staff recruitment or development, we use other tools in addition to interviewing:
- assessment center: development and use of work simulation with management and sales-negotiation role-play, enabling reliable forecasting of occupational success and the identification of training and management needs;
- tests: personality (16 PF, sosie), intelligence and aptitude, 360°
Our consultants are qualified in the use of these tools;
- questionnaires to assess skills and professional knowledge.
